Batesville Tool & Die continues to expand our press equipment, both in size and quantity. We are currently operating more than 75 presses from 50 ton to 1,200 ton across our three manufacturing locations. While mechanical presses have been the staple in the industry, we also utilize tandem hydraulic press lines, and 7 servo presses. BTD is using the latest state-of-the-art press equipment in the industry.

Batesville Tool & Die manufactures metal stamping and assemblies; by using a variety of metals that include CRS, HRS, HSLA, Galvanized, Galvanneal, Aluminized, Aluminum and Stainless Steel from .012” (.3mm) to .394” (10mm) in thickness.
