Engineering R&D

Our engineering department is a technical group of associates. They are responsible for reviewing the manufacturing ability of the customer’s designed products. Along with developing our internal tooling and gauging designs to insure they are robust and produced at the highest quality. Our engineers support customers by reviewing their CAD models and simulating them to ensure the parts can be manufactured per the customer’s specifications. They will support tech reviews with simulation video, CAD results, and 3D printed parts; in order to resolve any issues related to the manufacturing ability of the design. Our launch department follows a thorough timeline from kickoff to PPAP submission, insuring we meet or exceed all customer expectations before the start of production.

Our goal is to always utilize the latest technologies and automated manufacturing operations to stamp out a given component. Our drawn components are typically very technical in nature. We utilize a wide variety of profiles and features creating some of the most complex tool designs in the industry. We use in-die cam pierce and form technology to achieve the highest efficiency with the best quality while eliminating secondary operations or related variables.
