Batesville Tool & Die can produce metal stampings and assemblies using a variety of metal materials, including CRS, HRS, HSLA, galvanized, galvanneal, aluminized, aluminum and stainless steel, as well as a variety of gauges and sizes. Some of the precision metal components we have manufactured include:

  • Blank Metal Parts – flat parts – Examples of blank metal parts we have produced include: Brackets, Spacers, Ice Crusher Blades
  • Formed Metal Parts – two-dimensional metal parts with a 90- or 45-degree bend – Examples of formed metal parts we have produced include: Handles, Hinges, Clamps, Mounting Brackets

This web-based operating system called Plex allows us to schedule equipment, reference setup sheets and quality plans, store our data retention information and print bar code labels while we manufacture the parts, ensuring complete lot traceability.
